At times families inherit complex oil and gas mineral and royalty assets that can be burdensome and confusing to manage. Valeen has partnered with a number of families where Valeen will acquire a percentage interest into the assets and manage the retained interest for the family. Valeen ensures that the families interests are being paid properly by the various operators that produce oil and gas on their interests. Valeen will review division orders and provide industry activity updates for the family. The interests of the family and Valeen are now tied as each party owns a share of the same title and it is in Valeen’s best interest to manage that asset and create further value for the mutual benefit of the partnership.
